Modern Technologies

Do you think modern technology has made life easier and safer? Or do you think that modern technology has made life more difficult and more dangerous?

Technology today has made life easier and quicker, but dangerous. As we look at technologies, questions are risen. By the way what are technologies? Modern technology is machinery that makes life easier. For example, microwave ovens cook food easily without using stoves and making a big mess. And dishwashers put all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and it washes them. Dishwashers are very easy to use and save time comparing it in the old fashion way. Today modern technology also has created problems because they are dangerous.

How is technology dangerous? The answer to this question is very simple. There’s lots of incident where there is malfunction in technology. For example, if there is a problem with a car than the car won’t be able to run, or if there is a technical mistake in a train computer system than the train would probably dysfunction and this could lead to a crash. Many people dislike the production of technology. Technology also creates financial problems in families because most technologies are very expensive to buy like the computers, televisions, refrigerators.

Mostly the poor countries can't afford to have modern technologies. The regret of not having modern technologies. Such as, my country Bangladesh. Now we are trying to use more technologies to compete with other countries.

The Golden Ratio of Kaaba

Kaaba is the holy place in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Every Muslim go to Kaaba to become pure Muslim, but no one knows the secret of Kaaba. Some scientists had find out the secret of Kaaba. The secret is a number. That number is 1.618 and every human being is made by this number. If we divide one part of our body by another that will give us the same number 1.618. If we divide our lips by our forehead that will give us 1.618. Even every little part of our body is the division of that number.

Another strange thing is our heart beats 1.618(beats/s). They also found out the great example of purity in Islam.

They researched and found out that if we divide the distance between Mecca and North Pole by the distance between Mecca and South Pole, which will give the same number (1.618).

That means: Mecca------>>>North Pole /(divide) Mecca------->>>South Pole=1.618.

The proportion of distance between Mecca and North Pole to the distance between Mecca and South Pole is exactly 1.618 which is the golden mean. Moreover, the proportion of the distance between South Pole and Mecca to the distance between both poles is again 1.618. That means Kaaba is the center of this world.

A Memorable Eid Day in U.S.A.

Eid is a big celebration for Muslim's. There are two Eid in Islam. One is Eid-ul-Fitr, and another is Eid-ul-Adha. At those days all Muslims like to celebrate their Eid with their relatives. We go to our neighbor’s house. We all pray together at mosque. On Eid-ul-Fitr we just celebrate and pray to Allah, but on Eid-ul-Adha we slaughter cow or goat to for the peace and happiness of our Muslim life.

Recently we celebrated Eid-ul-Adha on Tuesday November 16th, 2010. That day I didn't come to school, because it is a big celebration for our Muslim nation. On morning at eight we went to the mosque to pray to Allah. After finishing that prayer we went to San Antonio for a goat to slaughter. We all went their by two of our cars. It took us one and a half hour to reach at San Antonio. Then we choose our goat to slaughter. At the middle of field my uncle Sharif has slaughtered two goats. Then we remove the skin of that goat. After that we separate the meat from the bone. Later we put all of the goat meat into a big container. It was 5 at the evening. We have been prepared to leave. My uncle told me to drive the car to home. I became so excited after hearing that. Then I drove the car in the highway for about two hours. Then I reached at home safely with my relatives. Then at night we ate meat together and enjoy the whole night. Thus I celebrated my Eid day in U.S.A.

"The Race of Our Life"

Survive in this world is not easy enough. We are supposed to face many competitions. The competition of survive is the main competition of our life. It's not a easy stuff. Many people of this world are dying day by day, because they don't have anything to survive. Such as in Africa many people are dying, because they don't have any food, clothes, and place to live. So, the race of their life is to struggle against death. They can’t see the sunlight in this world, because they die at the time of their birth.

My race of life is to depend on myself. I want to help those people who can't survive in the competition. I always feel sorrow for the poor people in this world. I want to help them by providing food, shelter, and clothes. So, this is the big competition of my life. The world is becoming warmer day by day. The ice of the Antarctica is melting. For this reason the sea level is increasing day by day. So, we have another race to save our world. First, we need to stop build up more industries. Then we all need to be aware of using too much of our resources. Thus we can win the race to survive in this beautiful world. Also we have to be honest to save our beautiful world. We can’t stay alone at home and do nothing for our country. We need to use our resources properly. Thus we can make our world as beautiful as heaven.

"My Future Plan of Life"

        

We don't know our future. We don't know what will happen in future. Our future depends on the work of presents. Such as if we do good work at now, we will have good result in future. If we do bad things, we will have bad result. Some of us don't believe in future. It happens when our present is in poor condition. I also believe in my presents, because I believe if I make my present useful, then my future will be good. That's why I am trying to be a good student in my school. I also have a future plan of my life.

  In future I want to be an astronaut. I know it's not easy for me, but I have to do it. Our modern world mostly depends on science. So, I want to lead my life toward the door of science. Then I want to see the success of my life. I want to be a successful man who can depend on himself. Also I want to help poor people. I love my mother a lot. So, this will be a big gift for my mother. I will never keep her unhappy. I always pray to God for her. Also I hope I will die before her, because I can't see her death. I want to be a perfect son of my mother. I will not do anything bad without her concern. After becoming an astronaut I want to get the blessing of all people in this world. If I can't become an astronaut then I will be a scientist, but I will not lose my hope. Thus I want to get the key of success of my future life.

Evolution of Human Life Cycle

          We born to this beautiful world as a baby. We don't know  how to think, how to communicate, how to imagine. Then by the help of parents and relatives we learn to walk. That is the first step of evolution of our life. Then day by day we change so quickly. In this world we depend on our parents for a short period of time, because we have less time to depend on them. Then we join the race of our life. That is the most important part of our life. At that part we learn how to depend on our own. After complete our study we look for job. Then the success of our life waits for us. The key of that door is our knowledge. Thus we reach at the top stairs on our life. Then we feel somebody’s accompany. Then we look for a friend, and marry that friend.
          After that the stage of happiness starts. At that stage we mostly enjoy our life with wife, child and parents. Then we become older. Our power ends at this time period. We become weak; also we lose our sense gradually. Then we spend a lonely life. We have to stay whole day alone by pray the name of Allah. Then our skin wrinkle slowly. Later we loose our teeth and hair. Then we die one day. Our all reputation and our body go under the soil. Then one day it vanishes in muddy tomb. Thus our human life cycle ends by the time. Then starts the stage of another life. In that stage we have to confess our good things and bad things in front of our God.

"Green Beauty of Bangladesh"

Everyone in this world loves their country. I also love my homeland Bangladesh. It's in South-Asia. Most of the country in this world is developed, but my country is one of the undeveloped countries. It's not as strong as any other countries, but it has an awesome beauty that no countries have. Our country mostly called Greenland, because on map you will find it green. Now I miss my country a lot, because now I'm in U.S.A. I miss those days when I played Cricket in the field with my friends. Cricket is an Asian game. I also miss my village a lot, where I played, raced, danced etc. Apparently I miss my mother a lot. She is the woman who always supports me a lot. My whole life depends on her. She never scolds me about anything. She is my idol of life.

           I'm living with my father & my sister in U.S.A. My mother is in my country. We are trying to bring her back to U.S.A. This process is going to take at least 1 year.  If she get the visa from embassy, I would be the one who will be happy a lot. So, I'm waiting for that day when my mother is going to come to U.S.A. Thus, U.S.A. is going to be beautiful to me by my mother love. After that I'm not is going to feel lonely in U.S.A. I pray to God to make me the perfect son of my mother. Also I want to make my country one of the best country in the world. This will take much time, but I want to do it for my country anyhow.

The Stairs of Our Life

    Our human life is not easy. We always spend our valuable times without any reason. We don't understand the importance of education in our life. For me education is the main stair that can take us to the door of success. If we want to do something good in our life, we have to depends on education. I know that it's not a easy stuff to do.

    When a child born, they don't know how to communicate, how to walk, how to dance, but by the help of parents and relatives they learn to communicate. If we are illiterate that means we  are  like a child.  In my opinion education is the backbone of our  human life. Today all of our modern  inventions depends on educations. If all of the people of a country are educated that means they all are developed. In order to become develop, we need to be educate. Many undeveloped country has reached to success by the help of education. My God has gifted me my parents. So, I want to gift them by completing my higher education.

     At last I want to say that we can make our Crockett High School not only best school in U.S.A., but also in the whole world by the power of education. So, friends let's help together to establish our Crockett at the top by the education power of Cougars.

A Time I Felt Proud of Myself

           I was about 7 years old at that time. I was at my country Bangladesh. One day I went to visit my maternal grandparents house with my parents. My grandma wasn't at home  that day. So, my mom wanted us to bring her back to home.

          Me and my cousin both walked about 5 miles to reach my grandma's house. She was very sick at that time. There were no transportation to carry her. So, we both took her on  our shoulder to bring her back to our home. We walked about 2 miles, then my cousin told me-"Throw that old crazy woman at river side". After telling that he left my grandma's shoulder and dropped her on the muddy street. She was shivering at that time by the sickness. Then I scolded my cousin and took my grandmother on my shoulder. The rest of 3 miles I took her to reach home.

           After reaching home my mother and my grandmother blessed me a lot. My grandmother told me a precious word that I would be an honest and successful man in future. That was the biggest complement for me and for my future. After that I always try to be helpful and honest with everyone. Specially, I like to help poor people as best as I can. In future I want to build a medical home for old poor people, and there I want to let them get free treatment. That will make me more proud for rest of my life.
